These terms explain how Polished Nail Studio would provide nail and beauty treatments. The business is fictional, so the terms are for demonstration only.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed when the studio accepts your booking request. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the treatment time if another client is booked after you.
Prices
Prices shown are starting points. Extra length, nail art, removal or repair work may add to the price. We confirm the final price before the treatment begins.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. A real salon may charge a cancellation fee for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Health and safety
Tell the technician about allergies, skin conditions, nail damage or recent reactions before your appointment. We may refuse or adapt a treatment if it is not suitable.
Aftercare
We give simple aftercare advice before you leave. Results depend on home care, lifestyle, nail condition and how soon you return for maintenance.

You may use this website to browse treatments and send enquiries. Do not misuse forms, attempt to access admin areas or submit false information.
